Because this topic is so expansive,
we'll be offering a series of Cooking 101
classes. Each class will cover a different
cooking or preparing method. Recipes are
selected that will not only compliment the
tools, techniques, products, herbs and spices
specific to the agenda of each class, but will
also provide a light meal for us to
enjoy!
Cooking 101 classes are designed
to be taken independently and will be offered
regularly.

like Holiday Cookie Decorating in December but
with different shaped cookies and different
weather! We'll have the cookies baked and the
frosting and decorations ready for use. This has
been a very popular class in the past. Reserve
your spot NOW!!! Cost: $5 per cookie
decorator.

class, we'll go through all the steps of making
a cake and frosting from scratch. This is
a great beginner's baking class - we'll be
addressing many basics of baking. (This is
not a cake decorating class).

After the cooking is done,
we'll sit down at a big table and enjoy the
fruits of our labor.

Our plans for additional cooking classes
are well underway, we're just working out some
scheduling challenges. We're sure to be
offering a variety
of cooking classes, including; ethnic
classes highlighting cuisines from around
the world, skills
and techniques classes to improve your
kitchen knowledge and confidence and seasonal
theme classes (I want
to have another cookie decorating day, this time
for Spring - RSVP online TODAY!!!). We'll
have kids
cooking classes, couples
date night, oh, how to bake a
cake - lots more.
It
has taken longer than I intended to get the
classes going but we're taking the steps now to
build a strong foundation from which to
grow. I'm working with several other chefs
to bring different expertise and perspective to
each class offered.

With such busy
and stressful lives, it's not easy getting a
decent meal on the table, even a couple of times

& Serve menu changes, offering
different flavor combinations and proteins to
satisfy your hunger and palate. We keep a
few dishes on the menu every month, they're just

The Heat & Serve menu
has many standard dishes that are always
available for ordering, as well as new dishes
being introduced regularly. These are
usually single-serving packaged.
As we
build our customer's order, we make extra
servings of the dishes and hold them in our
Grab
& Go refrigerator/freezer display
unit for you to later purchase for dinner that
